Platform terms for access, use, and conduct across Cartglu services

Introduction

When users access or use Cartglu services, they agree to these terms. Use of the services is also subject to the related Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy, which describe how information is collected, used, shared, and stored.

By clicking registration or sign up actions, or by accessing or using the services, users agree to enter into a legally binding contract with Cartglu. If a user does not agree to this contract, the services should not be accessed or used.

A user may end the contract at any time by closing the account and no longer accessing or using the services.

Obligations

Users agree to keep passwords confidential, avoid sharing accounts, follow platform rules, and comply with applicable law. Members are responsible for activity that occurs through their accounts unless misuse is reported or the account is closed.

Users are expected to use strong passwords, avoid transferring account access, and maintain accurate and current contact information so notices and service messages can be delivered.

The services also support messaging and information sharing. Content shared through profiles, posts, links, messages, or similar features may be visible to members, visitors, or others depending on settings and the nature of the shared content.

Cartglu is not obligated to publish any information or content on the service and may remove content with or without notice.

Rights and Limits

Users retain ownership of the content, feedback, and personal information they provide, but they grant Cartglu and its affiliates a non exclusive license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process that information and content in connection with the services.

This license is worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable, but remains subject to limits. Content specific rights may end when content is deleted or accounts are closed, subject to copies shared with others and reasonable backup retention.

Cartglu may edit formatting, such as translating, transcribing, resizing, or changing layouts, without changing the meaning of the original expression. Users may also choose to make their content available to others under separate licensing terms where applicable.

Disclaimer and Limit of Liability

Cartglu and its affiliates provide the services on an as is and as available basis. No representation or warranty is made that the services will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied or statutory warranties, including warranties relating to title, accuracy, non infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

General Terms

If a court determines that part of the contract is unenforceable, the remainder of the contract will still apply to the fullest extent possible. This agreement, together with any additional service specific terms, forms the complete agreement regarding use of the services.

Failure by Cartglu to enforce a breach does not waive its right to enforce the contract later. Users may not assign or transfer the agreement without consent, while Cartglu may assign the agreement to affiliates or a buyer without requiring user consent.

Cartglu Dos and Don’ts

Dos

• Comply with applicable laws, including privacy, intellectual property, anti spam, export control, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Use a real name on a profile where required.
• Use the services in a professional manner.

Don’ts

• Create false identities, impersonate others, or attempt to use another person’s account.
• Scrape the services or copy profiles and data through scripts, bots, crawlers, or similar tools.
• Override security features, bypass access controls, or evade use limits.
• Copy, disclose, or distribute information obtained from the services without permission.
• Disclose information without proper consent, including confidential information belonging to others.
• Violate intellectual property rights belonging to others or to Cartglu.
• Post malicious code such as viruses, worms, or other harmful software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the services or related technology.
• Misrepresent affiliation with or endorsement by Cartglu.
• Rent, lease, sell, monetize, or otherwise exploit the services or related data without consent.
• Use bots or automated methods to access the services, send messages, or download contacts.
• Interfere with service availability, performance, or normal operation.
• Engage in framing, mirroring, or altering the appearance or function of the services.
• Place unreasonable load on the services through spam, attacks, abusive automation, or gaming of platform mechanisms.
